About the Producer
Altesino is located in the heart of Tuscany in southern Italy, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city and developed industrial areas, and has maintained the most ecological natural environment for a long time. In the era of illegal construction and real estate speculation, people living here still tirelessly regard environmental protection as their responsibility and handle the relationship between production and development and respect for nature very harmoniously. Because of this, in 2004, UNESCO applied for it as a World Cultural Landscape Heritage. Altesino winery has an overall area of 80 hectares, and the vineyard covers an area of 44 hectares, which can be subdivided into Altesino, Macina, Castelnuovo dell'Abate, Verona region), Pianezzine and Montosoli, etc., the vineyards are located on natural slopes.
